Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Voltaix Collective LLC ("Voltaix Collective," "we," "us") about your use of govoltaix.com, its forms, booking and related pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site describes our energy consulting services and lets you contact us, book a consultation, refer someone, join a promotion or apply to join our team. Information on the Site is general and is not a quote, a credit decision or a contract.

2. Estimates and savings

Any estimate of cost, savings, production, incentives or tax benefits depends on your home, usage, utility rates, equipment, financing, local rules and other factors, and is not guaranteed. We don't give tax advice; please check tax questions with a tax professional. Any purchase, lease, loan or installation is governed only by the separate written agreements you sign, and those agreements control over anything on the Site.

3. Appointments

Please give accurate information when you book, and let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel.

4. Promotions and referral rewards

Each promotion has its own published rules, including who qualifies, what counts, deadlines, and whether it can be combined with other offers. Those rules are part of these Terms. We may verify eligibility before giving any reward, and we may refuse or reverse a reward obtained by mistake, fraud or abuse. Unless the rules say otherwise, rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are limited to one per household. We may change or end a promotion going forward, but not for people who already qualified. Rewards may be taxable income to you, and we may ask for tax information before paying a reward.

Referrals: only refer people who have agreed to be contacted by us.

5. Text messaging program

If you agree to receive texts from Voltaix Collective, we'll text you about your inquiry, appointments, services, referrals and rewards, and some texts may be automated. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we'll confirm by text and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.

6. Using the Site

Please don't use the Site for anything unlawful; submit information about another person without their permission; try to break, overload or get around the Site's security; or copy or collect the Site's content by automated means.

7. Our content

The Site's text, photos, videos, logos and design belong to Voltaix Collective or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view them for personal use only.

8. Other services and links

The Site uses and links to services we don't control, such as Cal.com for booking and Cash App for payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we're not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be error-free or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Voltaix Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. This section is about the Site only; it does not change any separate written agreement you sign for a project.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, unless a separate agreement you sign says otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
